Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay parchment over your baking tray.

Stir together garlic powder, oregano, flour, salt, baking powder, and pepper.

Toss Parmesan and mozzarella into the dry ingredients, making sure it's coated evenly.

Beat milk and eggs together in a separate bowl till smooth.

Stir wet mixture into the dry ingredients until you get a sticky dough.

Scoop and form dough into balls, about 1 tablespoon each.

Put balls on lined baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
