Parmesan Cheese Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated.
02 - 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
03 - 1 cup of plain flour.
04 - 1 cup of mozzarella, shredded.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano (dried).
06 - Salt and black pepper, adjust to your liking.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 2 eggs, large.
09 - 2 tablespoons of milk.
10 - Optional: Chopped fresh parsley.
11 - Optional: Marinara sauce to dip.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay parchment over your baking tray.
02 - Stir together garlic powder, oregano, flour, salt, baking powder, and pepper.
03 - Toss Parmesan and mozzarella into the dry ingredients, making sure it's coated evenly.
04 - Beat milk and eggs together in a separate bowl till smooth.
05 - Stir wet mixture into the dry ingredients until you get a sticky dough.
06 - Scoop and form dough into balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
07 - Put balls on lined baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
08 - If you like, sprinkle parsley on top. Serve them warm with marinara on the side.

01 - Freeze raw dough balls to cook later.
02 - For extra crunch, lightly spray with oil before baking.
