Orange Cranberry Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups plain flour.
02 - 1 tablespoon orange juice, freshly squeezed.
03 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
04 - 1/4 cup milk, at room temperature.
05 - Zest from one big orange.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries.
08 - 3/4 cup white sugar.
09 - 2 large eggs, at room temp.
10 - 6 tablespoons softened butter, unsalted.
11 - 1/2 tablespoon flour for coating.
12 - 1 teaspoon orange zest.
13 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
14 - 1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F ahead of time. Grease and flour loaf tin. In one bowl, combine milk, orange zest, and juice. Stir dry ingredients in another.
02 - Beat together butter and sugar so they're fluffy. Add in eggs one by one. Slowly mix in the dry and wet bowls, alternating between them.
03 - Dust the cranberries in flour, then gently fold them into your batter. Pour everything into the loaf tin evenly.
04 - Pop the tin into the oven and bake 45-50 minutes. It should turn golden and set. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes in the tin before taking it out.
05 - Whisk together powdered sugar, orange juice, and zest until smooth. Drizzle the mixture over the loaf once it's cool.
