04 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
05 - 2 tablespoons of butter.
06 - Half a pound of thinly sliced roast beef.

09 - 3 tablespoons water to mix with egg.
10 - Chopped parsley for a finishing touch.

# Instructions:

01 - Let the puff pastry sit out for 40 minutes to thaw while the oven warms up to 375°F.
02 - Cook the onions in olive oil till softened, then add butter and continue cooking for about five minutes until they’re golden and rich.

01 - Store-bought puff pastry works great, or you can make your own.
02 - Tastes best fresh and warm right out of the oven.
