White Chocolate Pistachio Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 150 g of golden Oreo cookies.
02 - 60 g of lactose-free cream cheese.
03 - 50 g of ground pistachios.
04 - 2.5 tablespoons of pistachio butter.
05 - 200 g of lactose-free white chocolate.
06 - Crushed pistachios for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Break the cookies into crumbs and mix them with ground pistachios.
02 - Blend in the cream cheese and pistachio butter until you get a smooth dough.
03 - Roll the mixture into 20g balls, add toothpicks, and freeze for 25 minutes.
04 - Dip each ball into melted white chocolate mixed with pistachio butter.
05 - Sprinkle on crushed pistachios and let them harden in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
