05 - 16 ounces softened cream cheese.
06 - 1/2 cup melted butter.
07 - 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs.

09 - 1 cup and 2 tablespoons of white sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Coat a 9-inch springform pan thoroughly with butter or oil.

04 - Carefully fold in your whipped cream until it's mixed evenly.
05 - Pour the creamy mixture on top of your crust. Spread the surface evenly with a spatula. Freeze for a minimum of four hours.
06 - Before serving, let the cheesecake sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Add toppings like whipped cream and mandarin orange slices.
07 - Use a warm knife to cut for clean pieces.

# Notes:

01 - If you don't have a springform pan, use a foil-lined regular cake pan for easier removal.
02 - This dish stays good for up to a month in the freezer.
03 - Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for the filling to turn out smooth.
