No Bake Nutella (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 packs of Oreo cookies (200g).
02 - Melted butter, 60g.
03 - Gelatin powder, 3 teaspoons.
04 - Water, 1/4 cup.
05 - 500g softened block cream cheese.
06 - Powdered sugar, 1/2 cup.
07 - Nutella, 1 cup.
08 - Whipping cream, 1 cup.
09 - Heavy cream, 1/2 cup.
10 - Another 1/2 cup of Nutella.
11 - Dark chocolate chips, 1/4 cup.
12 - Chopped hazelnuts, toasted, 1/4 cup.
13 - Whipping cream, 1/2 cup (for decorating).
14 - 3 tablespoons warmed Nutella.

# Instructions:

01 - Use parchment paper to cover an 8-inch springform pan.
02 - Blend Oreo cookies into crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press firmly into the pan's bottom.
03 - Combine gelatin powder with water and let it soak. Microwave for about 15 seconds and let it cool. Beat cream cheese together with Nutella and powdered sugar. Add the cooled gelatin mixture, then whip the cream separately and gently mix it with the Nutella mixture.
04 - Pour the filling into the prepared base and refrigerate for an hour.
05 - Warm the cream, chocolate, and Nutella until smooth. Let it cool for about 5 minutes, then spread it over the chilled filling. Leave it in the fridge for an additional 3 hours.
06 - Add a sprinkle of toasted hazelnuts on top. Pipe whipped cream in a circle around the edge and drizzle with some warmed Nutella.

# Notes:

01 - Block cream cheese works best, don't use the spreadable kind.
02 - Hazelnut spreads other than Nutella work too.
03 - Add hazelnuts only right before serving.
04 - You can prepare this in advance.
05 - Gelatin improves the filling's texture and is a must-use.
06 - Toasting hazelnuts brings out their flavor.
