Creamy Mustard Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken breasts, diced.
02 - One shallot, finely chopped.
03 - 20g butter.
04 - Two tablespoons of strong mustard.
05 - 200ml thick cream.
06 - One tablespoon vegetable oil.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop up the chicken into small cubes and dice the shallot nicely.
02 - Heat up your skillet with the oil and butter. Cook the shallot until it softens, about 2–3 minutes.
03 - Add the chicken pieces to the skillet. Stir and cook roughly 5 minutes until they begin to brown.
04 - In a bowl, combine mustard and cream. Add some salt and pepper to the mix.
05 - Pour the mixture over the chicken, lower the heat, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
