Muffin Pizza Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 large eggs.
02 - 4 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled.
03 - 1 tablespoon softened salted butter.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder.
05 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper for a little kick.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 3 tablespoons plain flour.
08 - 1 teaspoon black pepper, ground.
09 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
10 - 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
11 - 5 lightly toasted English muffins.
12 - 2 cups of whole milk to make the gravy.
13 - 1/2 pound of ground sausage, pork preferred.
14 - 2 tablespoons finely minced yellow onion.
15 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 425°F and combine the shredded cheeses.
02 - Split the muffins and toast them to golden perfection.
03 - Brown the sausage and onions in a pan until fully cooked.
04 - Mix in flour with the sausage mixture, pour in milk, add spices, and cook until thickened.
05 - Whisk the eggs until nice and foamy, melt butter in a skillet, cook eggs until almost set, and mix in bacon.
06 - Spread the gravy over each muffin, pile on the egg and bacon mixture, and sprinkle with the cheese combo.
07 - Bake for 6-7 minutes and broil about 3-4 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
