Frequently Asked Questions

→ Can I use other types of lentils?

Of course! Red lentils cook faster, and you can also use brown lentils. Just adjust the cooking time as needed.

→ How do I adjust the thickness?

If it's too thick, add a little hot water. If it's too thin, let it cook longer without a lid until it reaches your desired consistency.

→ Can I freeze this soup?

Absolutely! Let the soup cool completely, then store it in an airtight container before freezing.

→ How can I make it more filling?

Blend part of the soup to make the broth thicker while leaving some lentils whole. You can also add chopped veggies like carrots to bulk it up.
