Crock Pot Smokies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1-ounce packet ranch mix.
02 - 28-ounce bag of mini smoked sausages.
03 - 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, chopped into pieces.
04 - 1/4 cup juice from pepperoncini peppers.
05 - 6 whole pepperoncini peppers.
06 - 1-ounce packet of au jus mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Put little smokies into your 6-quart slow cooker.
02 - Drizzle the pepperoncini liquid over the sausages.
03 - Toss in ranch mix and au jus seasoning.
04 - Scatter pieces of butter and lay the whole peppers on top.
05 - Set cooker to low heat and let it cook for 2-3 hours.
06 - Stir everything together and then dish it up.

01 - Use water instead of pepperoncini juice if you want.
