Mississippi potato casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 cups of potatoes, peeled and diced.
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled into small pieces.
04 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise.
05 - 1/2 cup chopped onion.
06 - 3 teaspoons minced garlic.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F and let it warm up. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish to prevent sticking.
02 - Combine the potatoes, cheese, bacon, garlic, and onion in the baking dish.
03 - Stir in the mayonnaise, making sure all the ingredients are coated well.
04 - Bake everything for 90 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft and the top turns golden.
05 - Serve it fresh and warm straight out of the baking dish.
