Millionaire Candy Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 55 soft caramel candies (roughly two 11-ounce packages).
02 - 1 tablespoon of whole dairy milk.
03 - 2 cups of chopped, toasted pecans.
04 - A tiny pinch of flaky sea salt, plus extra for topping.
05 - 2 cups of melting milk chocolate wafers (try Ghirardelli, if available).

# Instructions:

01 - Lay parchment on two flat baking sheets, then lightly mist them with cooking spray.
02 - Place a bowl over warm, steaming water. Stir caramels and milk together until they're smooth, which should take around 10 minutes.
03 - Turn the heat off and mix in salt and pecans. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheets, forming 30 small piles.
04 - In a clean bowl set over simmering water, melt the chocolate wafers by stirring for 3-5 minutes till smooth.
05 - Coat the caramel piles with melted chocolate using forks. Put them back on the parchment and sprinkle some salt on top, if you like. Chill for 10-15 minutes until they're firm.

# Notes:

01 - You can keep them at room temperature for up to two weeks.
02 - Store with wax paper between layers.
03 - Yields close to 30 pieces.
