Milk Cake Rose (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake

01 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
02 - 1 tsp baking powder
03 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
04 - 1/2 cup plain yogurt
05 - 1 1/2 cups plain flour
06 - 1/4 tsp salt
07 - 1/2 cup milk
08 - 3/4 cup white sugar
09 - 1 tsp vanilla essence
10 - 1 tbsp rose-flavored syrup

→ Milk Blend

11 - 1 tbsp rose syrup
12 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
13 - 1/4 cup condensed milk
14 - 1/2 cup whole milk

→ Decorations

15 - 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
16 - 1 tbsp dried rose petals
17 - 1 cup whipped cream

# Instructions:

01 - Warm it up to 350°F (175°C) and butter the pan.
02 - Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, combine sugar, melted butter, yogurt, milk, vanilla, and rose syrup. Gradually blend both mixtures.
03 - Pour the mix into your prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely before removing.
04 - Combine condensed milk, regular milk, whipping cream, and rose syrup until smooth.
05 - Prick the cooled cake with a fork, pour over the milk blend, and chill it in the fridge for 1 hour.
06 - Spread whipped cream on top, then scatter pistachios and rose petals. Cut into slices and dig in!
