Miel et moutarde poulet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken legs.
02 - 40g mustard.
03 - 2 sprigs of rosemary.
04 - 40g honey.
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
06 - Salt and pepper to your liking.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 175°C to warm it up.
02 - Stir together the honey, mustard, olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
03 - Lay the chicken legs in an oven-safe dish, pour over the sauce, sprinkle the rosemary, then season with salt and pepper.
04 - Pour around 1 cm of water into the bottom of the dish.
05 - Bake it for 45 minutes, letting it cook through and get a golden brown color.

# Notes:

01 - The mustard and honey combo gives a great balance of sweet and tangy.
02 - Adding water keeps the chicken juicy while it bakes.
