Mexican Pizza Easy Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 medium-sized flour tortillas
02 - 1 cup shredded pepper-jack cheese
03 - 16 ounces of refried beans
04 - 1 Roma tomato, chopped
05 - 10 ounces of enchilada sauce in red
06 - 1 small can of sliced black olives
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 1 green onion, finely chopped
09 - 1 pound ground beef, lean
10 - 1/2 cup of water
11 - 1 ounce of seasoning blend for tacos

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F. Lightly coat two pans with cooking spray, then place three tortillas on each one.
02 - Bake the tortillas for about 3 to 5 minutes, flip them, and cook another 2 to 5 minutes until they turn golden. Let them cool down.
03 - Using a skillet on medium-high, cook the beef while breaking it into smaller pieces. Afterward, remove the grease.
04 - Mix in the taco seasoning and water. Let it boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low, simmering for 10 minutes. Set aside.
05 - In a bowl, heat the beans in the microwave. Spread a thin layer onto a tortilla once warmed.
06 - On top of the refried beans layer, add one-third of the cooked beef. Cover it with another tortilla.
07 - Spread a few spoonfuls of enchilada sauce over the top layer. Sprinkle some pepper-jack and cheddar cheese. Finish with diced tomatoes, green onions, and black olive slices.
08 - Repeat this process with the rest of the tortillas and ingredients until you have three layered pizzas.
09 - Place the completed pizzas in the oven for 5 minutes. Once the cheese is bubbling and melted, take them out. Let them rest a bit before slicing.
