Cheesy Meatloaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 eggs
02 - 900 grams of ground beef
03 - 165 ml of breadcrumbs
04 - Salt, pepper, and paprika, to taste
05 - 255 grams of bacon strips
06 - 125 ml shredded mozzarella
07 - 125 ml BBQ sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 175°C to get it preheated.
02 - Combine the ground beef, eggs, seasonings, and breadcrumbs in a big bowl.
03 - Cover a loaf pan with parchment paper.
04 - Arrange most of the bacon strips at the base of the pan, leaving the ends hanging over the sides.
05 - Press most of the meat mix into the pan, make a trench down the middle, fill it with mozzarella, and cover with the leftover meat.
06 - Use the rest of the bacon strips to wrap over the meatloaf.
07 - Pour a bit of the BBQ sauce, about a third, over the top and pop it in the oven for 40 minutes.
08 - After 40 minutes, coat it with another third of the BBQ sauce, and let it bake for 20 more minutes.
09 - Spread the rest of the BBQ sauce over the loaf before pulling it out of the oven.
10 - Serve it hot and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Firm mozzarella works best for this.
