Marry Me Chicken Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 500g of penne pasta (or fettuccine, rigatoni)

→ Sauce

03 - 4 minced garlic cloves
04 - 60g of butter
05 - 2 tablespoons of flour
06 - 1 cup (250ml) of thick cream
07 - 1 cup (250ml) of chicken broth
08 - 100g of shredded parmesan cheese
09 - 100g of sun-dried tomatoes

→ Seasonings

10 - 1 teaspoon of paprika
11 - 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning mix
12 - Salt and black pepper
13 - Fresh basil leaves for garnish
14 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the chicken into chunks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then sauté in olive oil until golden brown.
02 - Melt butter, then stir in garlic and flour. Pour in the broth and cream while whisking. Mix in parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and your spices.
03 - Boil the pasta according to the box instructions in salted water, but don’t overcook—it should be al dente.
04 - Toss the cooked pasta and chicken into the creamy sauce. Top it off with fresh basil just before serving.
