Sweet Maple Cornbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 small boxes (8.5 oz each) of Jiffy cornbread mix.
02 - 1 package of yellow cake mix.
03 - 1 cup of room-temperature water.
04 - 1/2 cup of cooking oil.
05 - 5 eggs, large size.
06 - 2/3 cup of pure maple syrup.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F and grease a baking dish (9×13-inch).
02 - Use a hand mixer to blend the cake mix, cornbread mix, eggs, oil, water, and maple syrup together in a big bowl until it’s smooth.
03 - Put the batter you just mixed into the greased baking dish.
04 - Pop it in the oven and bake for about 35–40 minutes. Stick a toothpick in the center—if it comes out dry, it's done.
05 - Before digging in, give it a few minutes to cool a bit.

# Notes:

01 - This bread tastes amazing warm, especially with fresh butter or a bit more maple syrup drizzled on top.
