Mango Black Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seasoning Mix

01 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
03 - 1/4 teaspoon thyme (dried)
04 - 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon ground onion powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
07 - 1/4 teaspoon cumin (ground)

→ Taco Fillings

08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 10 ounces of salmon (fillet form)
10 - 2 cups of slaw mix (shredded)
11 - 4 small-sized tortillas
12 - 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
13 - 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)

→ Tangy Hot Sauce

14 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce of choice
15 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
16 - A teaspoon of lime juice (freshly squeezed)
17 - Salt as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all the seasoning spices in a bowl. Sprinkle the mixture on the salmon's flesh (cover both sides if there's no skin). Add olive oil on top, and leave it at room temp for 10 minutes.
02 - Warm oil in a pan (non-stick works best) on medium heat. Place the salmon flesh-side down for about 3 minutes, flip it over, and cook another 2-3 minutes until it’s done how you like.
03 - After removing the salmon, let it sit for 4-5 minutes. Then break it into small, bite-sized chunks.
04 - In a small bowl, combine the mayo, hot sauce, and lime juice. Add salt based on your preferred taste.
05 - Heat the tortillas up. Then stuff them with the salmon flakes, slaw mix, feta, tomatoes, and drizzle the sauce on top.

# Notes:

01 - Small tortillas are typically 4.5 to 6.5 inches across.
02 - Slaw mix could be swapped for shredded cabbage or similar greens.
03 - Optional toppings might include jalapeños, green onions, avocado, pickled onions, or cilantro.
