Mango tartlets with lime (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the tart

01 - 1 roll of puff pastry
02 - 2 ripe mangoes
03 - 1 lime
04 - 100g granulated sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Peel the mangoes and slice them into even strips. Grate the zest off the lime.
02 - Melt the sugar on low heat till it turns a golden caramel color.
03 - Cut out 5 circles of puff pastry. Pour the caramel into the tart molds, sprinkle lime zest, arrange mango slices, and drizzle with lime juice. Cover with pastry circles, then poke holes using a fork.
04 - Pop them in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Take them out of the molds quickly.
