Macaroni cheese bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Two garlic cloves.
02 - 1 medium onion, chopped.
03 - 400 grams of small pasta (like macaroni).
04 - 300 grams of ground beef.
05 - 200 grams of raclette cheese.
06 - A tablespoon of olive oil.
07 - 200 milliliters of heavy cream.
08 - Salt and black pepper to taste.
09 - Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil salted water and cook the pasta for about 8–10 minutes. Drain well.
02 - Sauté the onion and garlic. Add the ground beef and cook until it browns.
03 - In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with the meat and add the cream.
04 - Spread the cheese over everything and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
05 - Top your dish with chopped parsley and serve it warm.

# Notes:

01 - Keep the pasta firm (al dente) for the best texture.
02 - Let the cheese get golden for a tastier dish.
