Baked Mac Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 cups cheddar, shredded.
02 - 4 mugs milk.
03 - 16 ounces macaroni.
04 - 1 stick unsalted butter.
05 - 1 spoon smoked paprika.
06 - 1 spoon regular salt.
07 - 1/2 cup plain flour.
08 - 1 spoon spicy sauce.
09 - 1/2 spoon black pepper.
10 - 1 spoon butter for pasta.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta till tender, but not mushy. Drain, stir in butter, set aside. Preheat oven to 375°.
02 - In a hot pan, melt butter. Stir in flour, cook 2-3 minutes until golden color shows.
03 - Slowly pour milk, whisk nonstop. Simmer about 10 mins until creamy and rich.
04 - Lower the flame, add seasonings, hot sauce, and 4 cups cheese. Stir until smooth as silk.
05 - Combine your pasta with the cheesy sauce mix.
06 - Put everything into your baking dish. Sprinkle last cheese layer on top.
07 - Bake for 25-30 mins, then broil 2-3 mins if you like a crispy top layer.

# Notes:

01 - Shred fresh cheese for better melting.
02 - Stays good chilled for 4 days.
03 - Add splash of milk when reheating stuff.
