Garlic Butter Lobster (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 lobster tails.
02 - 4 tablespoons of butter.
03 - 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped.
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
05 - 1½ cups of heavy cream.
06 - ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese.
07 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
08 - Salt and pepper as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - Slice open the top part of the shells, then pull the meat up to rest on top while keeping it attached at the bottom.
03 - Brush the tails with melted butter, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
04 - Bake for 8-10 minutes until the meat turns white and firm.
05 - Cook garlic in butter, stir in the cream and parmesan. Simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
06 - Pour the sauce over the tails, top with parsley, and serve it warm.
