Savory Flaky Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 whole eggs, large
02 - 2 tablespoons diced-up red bell pepper
03 - 1 tablespoon milk
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
05 - Two 8-ounce cans of crescent dough sheets
06 - 1/3 cup creamy onion and chive spread
07 - 8 ounces of cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
08 - 4 strips of bacon, crumbled after cooking
09 - 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly coat a 9x13 pan with oil or non-stick spray
02 - Scramble up the eggs with some milk and pepper, then let them sit to cool off
03 - Stick the two crescent sheets together into one big rectangle
04 - First, cover with cream cheese, then add the eggs, followed by the sausage, bacon bits, and cheese
05 - Carefully roll the dough up, seal the edges, and cut into a dozen even pieces
06 - Bake the pieces in the prepared pan for about 24-26 minutes, or until nicely browned on top

01 - Crescent sheet dough makes rolling easier compared to regular crescent rolls
02 - Wait for scrambled eggs to cool down, so they don't make the dough too moist
