Lime Mango Sorbet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 4 cups of frozen mango pieces
02 - 1/4 cup of maple syrup or your favorite simple syrup

→ Flavoring

03 - 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
04 - A tiny pinch of kosher salt
05 - Fresh mint leaves for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Run frozen mango chunks through a food processor until they're in small bits.
02 - Toss in the syrup, lime juice, and salt. Scrape down the edges as needed.
03 - Blend for about a minute or more until smooth, scraping down the sides when necessary.
04 - Eat right away or seal in a container to freeze. If frozen, let it sit out 10–15 minutes before enjoying.

01 - Keeps well in the freezer for up to 2 weeks
02 - Set it out briefly to soften before eating if frozen
03 - You're free to switch up the sweetener to fit your taste
