Soft light brookie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200 ml light cream
02 - 2 eggs
03 - 150 g of flour
04 - 1 packet of baking powder
05 - 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
06 - 100 g dark chocolate
07 - A handful of chocolate chunks or chips

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C and let it heat up while you get the batter prepared.
02 - Grab a large bowl and toss in the flour, baking powder, eggs, cream, and liquid vanilla. Whisk everything until the mixture feels smooth and well-blended.
03 - Take the batter and divide it into two bowls. Add the melted dark chocolate into one bowl. In the second bowl, stir in the chocolate chips but save a few for topping later.
04 - Line a baking pan with parchment. Pour the chocolate batter in first, then spread the one with chocolate chips on top. Scatter the remaining chips over the surface.
05 - Pop the pan into the oven and bake for about 45 minutes. A knife inserted should come out clean or with tiny crumbs. Let it cool, then slice and serve.
