Lemon Garlic Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Key Protein

01 - 4 center-cut salmon fillets, fresh as possible

→ Creamy Sauce Ingredients

02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
03 - 1 cup room-temp heavy cream
04 - 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (around 2 lemons)
05 - 4 garlic cloves, minced finely

→ Flavor and Extras

06 - Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
07 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
08 - A drizzle of olive oil, about 2 tablespoons
09 - Lemon slices for decorating

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Give your baking dish a quick coat of olive oil so the fish doesn’t stick.
02 - Arrange salmon in the dish and season both sides generously with salt and pepper. Keep it simple—let the fish shine!
03 - Heat olive oil in a small saucepan on medium. Toss the minced garlic in and stir for about a minute till it smells amazing.
04 - Slowly stir in the cream, lemon juice, and butter. Cook gently until it thickens slightly and turns silky smooth.
05 - Pour the rich and creamy sauce over the salmon in the dish. Make sure each piece gets coated evenly.
06 - Bake your salmon for about 15–20 minutes, just till it flakes nicely when tested with a fork but stays moist inside.
07 - Top with parsley and arrange lemon slices snugly around the fillets. Serve while it’s warm, creamy, and irresistible.

# Notes:

01 - Goes really well with charred veggies or steamed greens like asparagus.
02 - To get the best texture, let the salmon sit at room temperature for a bit before cooking.
