Easy Lemon Poppy Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1/4 cup yogurt (greek or plant-based)
02 - 1 cup oats (quick cooking)
03 - 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
04 - 3/4 to 1 cup of your favorite non-dairy milk

→ Flavoring

05 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
06 - 1 tablespoon fragrant lemon zest
07 - Pinch of sea salt
08 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
09 - 1 tablespoon tiny poppy seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Stir all of the ingredients together in a big container or mixing bowl until smooth.
02 - Put a cover on it and let it chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight until it thickens up.
03 - Mix it up again and enjoy with optional extra yogurt or fresh blueberries on top.

# Notes:

01 - If your yogurt is sweetened, cut back on maple syrup.
02 - Use less milk if you want it to be really thick.
