Turkey Stuffing Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 and a half cups of mashed potatoes.
02 - 2 cups of diced leftover turkey.
03 - Salt and pepper to taste.
04 - As much bread crumbs as you need.
05 - 2 and a half cups of stuffing.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 375° and cover a baking tray with wax paper.
02 - Microwave the potatoes and stuffing for a quick 60 seconds.
03 - In a big mixing bowl, stir together turkey, stuffing, potatoes, salt, and pepper.
04 - Shape the mixture into small 1-inch balls. If it's too sticky, sprinkle in some bread crumbs.
05 - Arrange the balls on the baking tray, then cook for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
06 - Enjoy warm with a side of cranberry sauce or some gravy.

# Notes:

01 - Bread crumbs can fix overly wet potatoes.
02 - Perfect for leftover food after big meals.
03 - Make ahead of time and just reheat when ready to eat.
