Creamy Leeks Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Leek white parts – 600 grams.
02 - Butter – 30 grams.
03 - Two tablespoons of lemon juice.
04 - One tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
05 - Two tablespoons of heavy cream.
06 - Salt.
07 - Black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the leeks lengthwise, chop them into small rounds, and rinse them thoroughly to clean.
02 - Melt the butter, toss in the chopped leeks, and cook over a low flame for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
03 - Mix in the lemon juice, mustard, and cream. Then sprinkle salt and pepper and stir everything together.
04 - Let it cook gently for an extra 10 minutes on low heat.

01 - Best served warm as a side for meat, fish, or even as a pasta topping.
02 - Can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
