Layered Burrito Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 1 lb of ground beef

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 chopped small onion

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 packet of taco mix

→ Canned Goods

04 - 1 can of refried beans
05 - 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup

→ Dairy

06 - 1/2 cup of sour cream
07 - 2 1/2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese blend

→ Bread & Bakery

08 - 1 package of large tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to preheat it.
02 - In a big pan, cook beef with onions until no pink remains, then drain the grease.
03 - Add the taco mix and refried beans to the beef and stir everything until heated and blended.
04 - Mix the mushroom soup with the sour cream in a bowl until no lumps are left.
05 - Spread half of the soup blend across the bottom of your casserole dish.
06 - Lay tortillas over the soup, tearing to fit as needed.
07 - Spoon half of the meat mix over the tortillas, then sprinkle about 1 cup of cheese on top.
08 - Repeat all the layers, ending by covering the dish with the last of the cheese.
09 - Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted completely and bubbly along the edges.

# Notes:

01 - Let the dish cool for about 5 minutes to make cutting and serving easier.
