In a pan, mix honey, milk, and lavender. Gently warm it up, but don’t let it boil.

Take the pan off the heat. Let the lavender soak into the milk for 2 minutes.

Mix in the tea and optional mint. Let it sit for another couple of minutes.

Strain the liquid into mugs. For a frothy finish, reserve 1/2 cup of milk to foam on top if you like.
