Korean Fried Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 3 tablespoons cornstarch or potato starch
02 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 1½ pounds chicken wings
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Sauce

05 - 4 tablespoons brown sugar
06 - 4 tablespoons soy sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
08 - 1 tablespoon water
09 - ¾ teaspoon coarse black pepper
10 - ½ tablespoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Use paper towels to dab the wings until they're dry
02 - Combine garlic powder, onion powder, and cornstarch, then coat the wings thoroughly
03 - Set your air fryer to 400°F. Place wings in one layer and cook for about 20 minutes, flipping at the halfway point
04 - While the wings finish up, mix the sauce ingredients in a pan over medium heat. Stir often and cook until bubbling (about 3 minutes)
05 - Toss the crispy wings in your thickened sauce so they're nicely coated
