01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 egg
03 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
04 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
09 - 1/4 cup finely diced onion
10 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
12 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

→ Creamy Dipping Sauce with Heat

13 - 1/4 cup mayo
14 - 1 tablespoon sriracha
15 - 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
16 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
17 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all the ingredients from the 'Meatballs' section in one big bowl. Use your hands or a spoon to mix thoroughly.
02 - Scoop out small portions and form little round meatballs with your hands.
03 - Heat some oil in a skillet over medium flame. Fry the meatballs until they’re nicely crispy and golden on all sides.
04 - Blend all the spicy dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl until it’s creamy and smooth.
05 - Serve the hot meatballs alongside your spicy mayo dip and dig in.

01 - Switch ground beef with any minced meat you like better.
02 - Turn up or tone down the spice by adjusting the sriracha.
