Kafta Kebabs Lebanese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat & Produce

01 - Fresh parsley (1 cup, cleaned and dried)
02 - Yellow onion (1 medium, chopped in quarters)
03 - Ground beef, lean (600 grams)

→ Seasonings

04 - Cayenne pepper (⅛ teaspoon, adjust as needed)
05 - Ground black pepper (¼ teaspoon)
06 - Salt (1 teaspoon)
07 - Seven spice seasoning (¼ teaspoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Use a food processor to chop the onion and parsley until fine.
02 - In a big bowl, mix the ground beef, parsley-onion mixture, and all spices with your hands until well combined.
03 - Wrap the seasoned beef mix around skewers, forming layers about 1 to 1½ inches thick.
04 - Grill on medium-high heat, lightly oiled, for about 4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

# Notes:

01 - Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
02 - Allspice can replace the seven spice seasoning.
03 - You can shape the meat into burger patties instead of using skewers.
04 - If you don't want to grill, bake it at 375°F for 15-20 minutes instead.
05 - Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
