# Ingredients:

01 - 4 day-old croissants.
02 - 4 slices of cured ham.
03 - 2 tomatoes.
04 - Fresh basil leaves.
05 - Creamy ricotta cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Split the croissants in half and warm them up in the oven or on a pan until lightly crispy.
02 - Cut the tomatoes into thin, round slices.
03 - Spread ricotta on one side of each croissant, layer with a slice of ham, some tomato slices, and a bit of basil. Close and serve right away.
