Husband Casserole Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds of beef, ground.
02 - Two 15-ounce cans of tomato sauce.
03 - 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened.
04 - 8 ounces of sour cream.
05 - 8 ounces of egg noodles, uncooked.
06 - 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar.
07 - 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped.
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs.
09 - 1 teaspoon granulated sugar.
10 - Salt and pepper for seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 350°F.
02 - Cook ground beef until browned, then drain off grease. Add garlic and Italian herbs, stir in tomato sauce and sugar. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper, and let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
03 - Whisk together the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
04 - Boil noodles, then drain. In a greased 9x13 pan, layer half the noodles, half the cream mixture, and half the meat sauce. Repeat those layers and then sprinkle the cheddar on top.
05 - Put it in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until it’s bubbling.
