Honey Lemon Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of chicken breast or thigh meat.
02 - 1 egg, beaten.
03 - 1/2 cup of cornstarch.
04 - 1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger.
05 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
06 - 1 large lemon, juiced and zested.
07 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
08 - 2 tablespoons of honey.
09 - 1 1/2 tablespoons of rice vinegar.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon of chili flakes.
11 - 2 tablespoons of low-salt soy sauce.
12 - 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (low-sodium).
13 - Sesame seeds and green onions for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend the lemon juice, zest, honey, soy sauce, chili flakes, and vinegar together.
02 - Mix the soy sauce with the egg, dip the chicken in it, and then coat it in cornstarch.
03 - Cook the chicken in small batches until it's crispy and golden. Set aside once done.
04 - Cook the garlic and ginger in a pan until fragrant. Pour in the sauce mixture, toss in the chicken, and let it all thicken.
05 - Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions over the top before serving.

01 - Prepare the sauce earlier if needed.
02 - Fry the chicken in smaller groups.
