Honey lavender cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 4 tablespoons of melted butter
02 - 1 3/4 cups of Graham cracker crumbs

→ Filling

03 - 1 cup of sugar
04 - 680 grams of softened cream cheese
05 - 1/4 cup of honey
06 - 1 tablespoon of dried lavender flowers
07 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
08 - 3 eggs

# Instructions:

01 - Press the mix of butter and Graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of a springform pan.
02 - Mix cream cheese until creamy in a bowl. Blend in sugar, honey, and dried lavender. Add eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla.
03 - Pour the filling onto the crust, smoothing the top. Put it in a preheated oven until the center sets.
04 - Once cooled, drizzle lavender-infused honey on top to make it look and taste amazing.
05 - Let it chill for a few hours or overnight. Slice and serve cold for the best experience.
