Mix in the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir for a minute until the sauce begins to thicken a bit.

Lay the salmon fillets in a single layer, cooking each side for about 2-3 minutes.

Pour the sauce over the salmon fillets, coating them completely.

Move the salmon to a plate and top with sesame seeds and parsley if you'd like.
