Honey glazed salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g skinless salmon fillets.
02 - 2 tablespoons butter.
03 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
04 - Salt and pepper to taste.
05 - 2 tablespoons honey.
06 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
07 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
08 - Optional: chopped fresh parsley for topping.
09 - Optional: sesame seeds for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle salt and pepper over the salmon pieces to suit your taste.
02 - Melt the butter on medium. Toss in the chopped garlic, and cook for a minute or two until it's aromatic.
03 - Mix in the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir for a minute until the sauce begins to thicken a bit.
04 - Lay the salmon fillets in a single layer, cooking each side for about 2-3 minutes.
05 - Pour the sauce over the salmon fillets, coating them completely.
06 - Move the salmon to a plate and top with sesame seeds and parsley if you'd like.

01 - You can pair this dish with quinoa or rice.
02 - For the best texture, make sure the salmon is still slightly pink in the middle.
