Turn your oven on and set it to 180°C.

Stir the butter and sugar until combined.

Add all the other items to the butter-sugar mix. Stir everything up until smooth.

Cut the dough into three equal sections.

Roll each piece into a log and place them on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.

Make sure there’s some room between logs since they’ll spread while baking. Lightly press each log a bit flat with your finger.

Pop them into the oven for 12-14 minutes until golden and cooked.

Take them out of the oven and while still warm, carefully slice them at an angle.

Allow them to cool, then enjoy your freshly made honey cookies.
