Honey caramel biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and mix-ins

01 - 100g soft butter, at room temperature
02 - 90g granulated sugar
03 - 175g all-purpose flour
04 - Half a teaspoon of baking powder
05 - Two teaspoons vanilla powder or vanilla extract
06 - Three tablespoons honey or two tablespoons golden syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 180°C.
02 - Stir the butter and sugar until combined.
03 - Add all the other items to the butter-sugar mix. Stir everything up until smooth.
04 - Cut the dough into three equal sections.
05 - Roll each piece into a log and place them on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.
06 - Make sure there’s some room between logs since they’ll spread while baking. Lightly press each log a bit flat with your finger.
07 - Pop them into the oven for 12-14 minutes until golden and cooked.
08 - Take them out of the oven and while still warm, carefully slice them at an angle.
09 - Allow them to cool, then enjoy your freshly made honey cookies.
