Savory Meatloaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 680 grams of ground meat
02 - 190 ml quick oats (oat flakes)
03 - 190 ml of 2% milk
04 - 1 egg
05 - 125 ml finely chopped onion
06 - 1 1/4 teaspoons of salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
08 - 85 ml ketchup
09 - 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
10 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven temperature to 175°C and let it preheat.
02 - Grab a medium bowl and add the ground meat, oats, milk, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix it all up until it's all combined.
03 - Put the mixture into a loaf pan. Press it down so the surface is nice and even.
04 - Take a small bowl and stir together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard.
05 - Pour the sauce on top of the mixture in the loaf pan. Spread it out evenly.
06 - Pop it in the preheated oven and let it bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
07 - Take it out of the oven. Drain off any extra fat before serving.
