Hot chicken sauce (Print Version)

01 - 3/4 cup frozen green peas
02 - 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken, kept warm
03 - 3/4 cup chicken broth or water
04 - 1 batch of warm brown gravy
05 - 8 halved oval or round buns, or 8 slices of white bread

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the broth in a small pot until it boils. Toss in the peas and let them cook for 2-3 minutes, or until soft. Drain the liquid.
02 - Put the warm chicken on the bottom bun slices and pour some warm brown gravy over it.
03 - Place the top half of the buns on and pour the leftover gravy over everything. Sprinkle the cooked peas on top for garnish.
