Homemade breakfast cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Flours

01 - 25g of white flour (T55)
02 - 70g of whole spelt flour
03 - 50g of rye flour

→ Dry Ingredients

04 - 10g of vanilla sugar
05 - 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (optional)
07 - 30g of rolled oats
08 - 50g of brown sugar
09 - 100g of dark chocolate chips

→ Wet Ingredients

10 - 75g of melted butter
11 - 1 tablespoon of milk
12 - 2 tablespoons of honey

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C and let it heat up.
02 - In a bowl, combine all the flours, sugars, oats, and spices (if you're using them).
03 - Pour the melted butter, honey, and milk into the bowl. Mix well until the dough is smooth.
04 - Toss in the chocolate chips and stir so they're evenly distributed.
05 - Using two spoons, drop small mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
06 - Slide the tray into the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
07 - Place the cookies on a cooling rack and let them cool before enjoying.

# Notes:

01 - Adding baking powder makes the cookies crispier.
02 - Cinnamon gives the cookies a cozy, warm flavor.
