Easy homemade banana jam (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups (500 ml) of ripe bananas, mashed thoroughly
02 - 2 cups (500 ml) of sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Toss all the ingredients into a pot and stir until smooth and combined.
02 - Bring the mixture to a boil, then let it simmer for 5 minutes.
03 - Fill up Mason jars with the jam, leaving about 1/2 inch of space at the top.
04 - Put the jars into boiling water for 10 minutes to keep them preserved longer.
