# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup softened salted butter.
02 - 1/4 cup white granulated sugar.
03 - 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar.
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste.
05 - 2 egg yolks at room temperature.
06 - 1 1/2 cups plain flour.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt.
10 - 1/3 cup crushed pretzel bits.
11 - 1/3 cup crunchy potato chips, broken up.
12 - 2 tablespoons festive red and green sprinkles.
13 - 1/3 cup white chocolate pieces.
14 - 1/2 cup red and green M&M candies.

# Instructions:

01 - Let the eggs warm to room temperature and line your baking trays with parchment.
02 - Beat the butter and sugars for a couple of minutes. Blend in the yolks and vanilla for another 2 minutes. Gradually add in the dry ingredients. Gently stir in the mix-ins at the end.
03 - Roll the dough into 20 balls. Keep them spaced 2 inches apart on the trays. If you'd like, press extra toppings onto the tops.
04 - Cook for about 10–12 minutes. While the cookies are warm, use a cookie cutter if you'd like to reshape them. Let them rest on the tray for 5 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack for another 10 minutes.

03 - Feel free to swap mix-ins to suit your preference.
