Holiday Herb Dressing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 loaf of French bread.
02 - 1 loaf of cornbread.
03 - 1 loaf of Italian bread.
04 - 1-2 small onions, chopped.
05 - 5 stalks of celery, diced.
06 - 1/2 bunch of parsley, chopped.
07 - 1 spoon of fresh rosemary, finely chopped.
08 - 1/2 spoon of dried basil.
09 - 1/2 spoon of ground thyme.
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.
11 - 1/2 cup of butter.
12 - 6 cups of chicken broth.

# Instructions:

01 - Cube the bread and cover it with a cloth for a couple of days to dry out.
02 - Heat butter and cook celery and onions for 3-4 minutes.
03 - Gently stir herbs, pepper, salt, and broth together and let it mix.
04 - Toss the dried bread cubes in a big bowl, pouring in the broth mixture slowly.
05 - Spread into a baking dish or use as turkey stuffing. Bake in the oven at 375° for about 20-30 minutes till golden.
06 - Serve warm along with turkey.

# Notes:

01 - Prepare your cornbread ahead of time so it dries properly.
02 - Adjust seasonings after tasting the mix.
03 - Add enough broth to soften the bread well.
