Hearty Sausage Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin.
02 - 16 oz ground sausage, Italian style.
03 - 1 tablespoon thyme, fresh.
04 - 1 lb bread, Italian, cut into slices.
05 - 2 tablespoons sage, chopped, fresh.
06 - Salt and black pepper, adjust to taste.
07 - 2 large eggs, beaten.
08 - 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped fresh.
09 - 3 cups chicken stock.
10 - 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped.
11 - 6 cloves garlic, finely minced.
12 - 2 tablespoons parsley, freshly chopped.
13 - 1/2 cup onions, diced small.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven and set it to 350°F.
02 - Warm a large pan with oil. Cook garlic, onion, and celery for 5 minutes. Stir in the fresh herbs and let it cook for 1 more minute.
03 - Add sausage to the pan. Break it apart into bits as it cooks, about 10 to 15 minutes, until fully browned.
04 - Put bread cubes in a bowl, pour broth over it. Add the sausage blend and whisked eggs, then stir to mix everything well.
05 - Spoon the mixture into a 13x9 dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden.
