Heart Sausage Puff (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3 sheets of puff pastry
02 - 24 small sausages like hot dogs

→ Glazing Mix

03 - 2 egg yolks
04 - 5cl milk

→ Tools Needed

05 - A heart-shaped baking pan measuring 27 x 24 x 5cm

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat up to 200°C.
02 - Roll out the puff pastry sheets, lay a sausage on top, and roll it up inside. Be sure to seal the edges tightly. Repeat for every sausage.
03 - Slice the wrapped sausages into pieces around 2-3 cm wide. Stand the pieces upright in the heart-shaped pan, creating a heart arrangement.
04 - Stir the egg yolks with the milk, then brush it over the pastries. Pop them in the oven for 15-18 minutes, keeping an eye on the color.
