Set your oven to heat up to 200°C.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets, lay a sausage on top, and roll it up inside. Be sure to seal the edges tightly. Repeat for every sausage.

Slice the wrapped sausages into pieces around 2-3 cm wide. Stand the pieces upright in the heart-shaped pan, creating a heart arrangement.

Stir the egg yolks with the milk, then brush it over the pastries. Pop them in the oven for 15-18 minutes, keeping an eye on the color.
