Hamburger Vegetable Slow Cooker (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat & Aromatics

01 - 1 onion, finely diced
02 - 2 cloves of minced garlic
03 - 1 pound of ground beef

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 cup of corn kernels
05 - 1 cup diced potatoes
06 - 1 cup sliced carrots
07 - 1 cup chopped green beans

→ Seasonings & Sauce

08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon of salt
10 - 1 teaspoon of parsley (dried)
11 - 1 teaspoon of thyme (dried)
12 - 10.5 oz of cream of mushroom soup
13 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet, brown the beef over medium heat and pour out the extra grease.
02 - Stir onion and garlic into the beef and cook ‘til they’re nice and soft.
03 - Move the beef mix to your slow cooker. Toss in veggies, soup, and spices.
04 - Pop the lid on and cook it on LOW for 6-8 hours ‘til veggies are super tender.
05 - In the last half hour, mix in the cheese. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.

01 - Chop the veggies ahead if you’d like!
02 - Stays good in the fridge 3-4 days.
03 - Freeze it for up to 3 months.
